Updating to Catalina

Hello,

I have just been gifted an iMac.

It.s Model no is iMac 11.2

It's now on High Sierra as far as I can update.

Current version 10.13.6.

I would like to go on to Catalina, but keep getting messages saying this is not possible.

Please can I get some advice on how best to proceed, or is Cataloina not possible for this Model and version?

That Mac can not run anything higher than High Sierra.

It can not be upgraded any further.
