AirPods Pro sound issues in silent and transparency mode

In the past week my right AirPod pro is having static sound that Makes it impossible to her and talk. It’s mainly in silent and transparency mode and I believe it might have been caused from the automatic AirPods Pro upgrade. Anyone knows how to solve this?
