My Apple Watch won't turn on

my Apple Watch won't turn on , the Apple Watch logo will appear and then turn off and sometimes even go red . I've tried to restart it and it won't work . its been on charge for nearly 24 hours ! I've tried to connect it from my phone too and that also didn't work :( need help please !! anyone know what to do ? thank you :)
