Apple Airpod 2 - right ear AirPods is louder than the left

Does anyone have a problem with AirPods 2 where the right one is louder than the other. These are barely 2 days old.

If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

Hello,

Low volume is a symptom of needing to be cleaned. However, they shouldn't be dirty after only 2 days. Try this:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.

Yes I can try that, but what would be the need of changing a setting for a brand new product? I should rather ask a replacement first then try it maybe, what do your think? Also, this problem is intermittent. So it comes and goes hence I can’t keep shuffling the balance setting.
