Refund

I got charged immediately for an apps subscription even though there was a 7 day free trial as stated by the app. Now apple won’t give me a refund, what should i do?

Hey there!


Apple reserves the right to reject your request for refund, however you may be interested in reading the steps over at Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support for how to formally request a refund for accidental purchases.


Alternatively, you could contact the App Developer directly and they may be able to issue a refund.


To ensure this doesn't happen in future, I suggest you read See or cancel your subscriptions – Apple Support.
