Tracking is not showing on my activity app on my iPhone

tracking is not showing on my activity app on my iPhone. I have tried updating my move goal, shutting down both my watch and iPhone and turning off and on fitness tracking and it will still not show any activity on the activity app. Please help!

Try unpairing and re-pairing.
