Is it possible to un-upgrade reminders?

My phone is an older version (6, running 12.4.7) and now can no longer access my reminders since I accidentally upgraded on my iPad. Is it possible to un-upgrade the reminders on my iPad so I again have access on my phone?

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13
