No sound while on the call.
I can not hear callers voice nor caller hears me while on the call.

unfortunatelly this does not help. Already checked it :(
- The silent mode is OFF.
- Phone is brand new
- I can hear the sound while dragging Ringer slider
- FaceTime is fine (I can hear and can be heard with camera on or off)
Microphone is working, I can talk to Siri.
The problem is only with cellular calls.
Any ideas?
Yea the next step in the link if the troubleshooting doesn't work, is to contact Apple support.
