my iphone 7 is disabled, asking me to log into itunes. How do i enable my phone ?

On the screen, it says iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes. How do i enable my phone ?

you connect it by the cable to a computer with itunes installed on If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
