I bought a my phone at bestbuy and even if I told them that I want an unlocked phone, they gave me a phone with an american T-mobile service.

I’m from Europe and due to Corona, I had to come home. And now I can’t use my phone with no other service, but american T-mobile.

I have the receipt to my phone, what could show that they sold me the phone as an unlocked phone.

So my question is, how can I unlock my phone?
