Headphone port

Hi. My family just purchased 4 iPhone 11’s about 2 weeks ago. We just realized that there is NO headphone jack/port, yet, each phone was sent with a pair of headphones that need a Jack/port in order to use them. Why is that????? How are we supposed to use them?
