Apple apps

Hi, where is gone my apple video player apps. I have daownload video from my computer but i can't play my phone and can not find video apps for internal video.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

preloaded apps i am trying to upload some videos to my ipad so i can watch them while flying when i plug my ipad into my laptop and try to sync them with itunes i get a message that vidoes cannot be loaded on my device because the video or tv app is not installed and to get them from the app store but there is no apps called video or tv apps in the app store

Videos App not install I recently updated to 11.2.1 on my iPhone & iPad. When the update was completed, I looked at my devices and thought there's an App missing. It was only last night that I realised that the missing app was Videos. I done a search on my devices. The results were :- App Store - Videos by Apple, view in Store. On the store page "This app requires specific features not available on this device" with a greyed out download symbol, but under compatibility it states it works on this iPhone / iPad.
