What is cigna corporation

I have buy used iPhone 8 plus and in setting menu shows the Phone is under control of cigna corporation....how i can remove it?

I do resets everything but doesnt desapear.

You bought a device that has management software on it.

Take it back and ask for a refund.

You bought a stolen device that's under management by a corporation using Apple's Business Manager program.

Get your money back. If you can't do that, turn it over to the police.
