How do we know which software loaded a system extension that will be incompatible with a future version of macOS? And can we fix this issue by deleting that software from our system once we identify it?If not, what other options do we have?

You won't have to delete it really, Apple will likely move them elsewhere or something.
No need to worry, but to see them, just don't upgrade to 10.16 if the developers don't have updates...
About this Mac>System Report>Software>Extensions, click on Obtained from Header, all that aren't Apple are Legacy.
You will have to check with the developers when the time comes.
How will I know if the developers have updated their software to be compatible with MacOS 10.16 when that time comes at the end of this year?
