Apple TV Free years subscription

I have just bought an Apple MacBook Pro and I cannot appear to find the offer of a years free subscription on the Apple TV app. It only offers the 7 day free trail.

Can you help with this?

If you bought a new Mac from Apple or an authorized reseller it would qualify. Be aware that open box or refurbished units from other sellers would not count. Also, if this was a previous purchase the offer would need to be claimed within 3 months of device activation.

If you have verified all of that and it still isn't working then contact Apple support.

I bought it directly from apple and have had it less than a week. I will have to contact support if this is the case as it is not automatically offering me the years free subscription.

Yes, that would be the best course of action. There are some cases where it requires Apple to supply a code when it doesn't verify eligibility. Good luck
