Apple ID trusted phone number

Hello, I am currently binding my apple id with an old phone number of mine. That means, I cannot add a new trusted phone number to my apple id because I cannot access my old phone number anymore. I want to ask if there is a way to solve my problem, and removing my old phone number from my account, thank you.
