Disabled iPhone

To get past the disabled part, you’ll have to restore it in iTunes to erase it and reset it -> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

But you will also have to recover your AppleID as you will need that password to setup the phone again, or to restore your iCloud or iTunes backup -> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
