Apple Music

My 13 year old daughter just got the iPhone 11 and is trying to sync her Apple Music. We can not figure out why it won’t sync.

Thank you for that info. Is she signed into the phone with the same Apple ID she was using before with Apple Music? Under Settings > Music is 'Show Apple Music' turned on as well as 'Sync Library'?

What music are you trying to sync? Music added via the Apple Music app or songs from a computer?
