If your iPad is disabled, or you have forgotten your passcode, you’ll need to follow this process:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).

I’ve already provided a link to the only available process. If you iPad is disabled, you have no alternative other than to connect your iPad to a PC or Mac computer.

The computer doesn’t have to be yours. If you don’t have immediate access to a PC/Mac, a helpful friend or relative may be able to assist - or, alternatively when the Apple Stores eventually reopen, the Genius Bar will be able to help you.
