Copy and Paste broken in 13.4.1

Copy and paste has been flaky on all devices for several weeks (if not months). Successive updates have offered no reprieve. All devices have been restarted, regularly, but the bottom line is that copy and paste is a mammoth waste of time when it doesn’t work. Easier, quicker, often, to just retype.

What’s the answer, Apple?
