Problem with my Bluetooth

I have a problem with my Bluetooth, right after i updated the software to the latest 13.5.1 the Bluetooth was never operational again , its off all the time and i am unable to access or try to turn it on !! I would appreciate if you can help me solve it or direct me to someone who can ?
