Mail

When sending an email it appears in my sent box twice.

Thank you for clarifying.


I would recommend removing the mail account from your Mac, then re-adding it.

When you re-add it, ensure to select the 'Exchange' account provider. You can learn how to do so here: Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac.

I understand you have duplicate items in your Sent mailbox.


Can I ask, which mail service are you using?

Does this issue occur when using the web portal of your mail provider?

Does this issue occur on any other devices?


Once we understand the issue better, the community may be able to provide guidance on how to resolve.
