Apply TV App is not showing on my samsung smart tv model 55RU7300.

apple tv is available here in Nigeria.
iTunes Store movies are not available there. Apple TV+ is not available there. Hence the Apple TV app has no practical use on a smart TV there.
latest version of Firmware is updated, apple tv is available here in Nigeria.
just bought new TV yesterday. On Samsung and Apple site both shows this model is supported.
apple airplay 2 works perfectly.
Good catch Urquhart. The Apple TV app would serve no purpose if none of the features it is meant for are available in the region.
Samsung likely blocks the app on devices meant for a region its not supposed to be available in.
Verify that the TV software (firmware and/or Tizen OS) is updated to the latest version. Verify with Samsung that the Apple TV app is available for your country or region.
Try the Samsung App store on the TV, it may simply need to be downloaded.
