how do I cancel one of my i cloud charges ?

do not need that much storage - am being charged 99 cents and then another charge for $2.73

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

The $2.73 is not an amount that would be for iCloud storage (the levels are prices at 99¢, $2.99, and $9.99).

If that is a monthly charge, see: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If it was a one-time charge, see: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
