IPad will not allow me to go to Internet.

Errors that implicate captive.apple.com generally indicate that you are attempting to access a “captive” WiFi network - for which a payment or other authentication is required. That said, I’ve not seen the “Paused” screen that you illustrate.


My initial recommendation is that you reset your network settings:

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
