We are having constant sound drop out during FaceTime on my sons phone. I can hear them but they can’t hear me. We have gone to apple and got a new phone and set it up as a new phone with new Apple ID and is still doing it on both wifi and using data. While mine and my husbands phone works no trouble

Which carrier are your sons using? In which country? When on wifi, are they using a broadband connection?
