Bootcamp Partitioning - Catalina 10.15.5

Is anyone having any problems installing Windows using Bootcamp? I keep getting the following error saying it can't partition the hard drive:

Boot Camp Assistant was unable to verify if the Windows partition contains a Windows installation. This may be because BitLocker is enabled on the partition. If so, disable BitLocker on the disk before removing Boot Camp.

As far as I know I'm not using BitLocker and the FileVault is turned off. Other than the main partition there is a small partition which is 16.8MB which cannot be removed. Any ideas?

Disconnect disk3 physically from the Mac.

Run

diskutil eraseVolume free free disk0s4

diskutil eraseVolume free free disk0s3

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g

Run SMC and NVRAM Reset and try to install Windows. Do not connect any external storage, unless BC Assistant prompts you to connect it.
