i forgot my apple id password

You can try and go into your Apple ID account page on the website if you have the two step verification setting on and add your email and click on forgot password.

If you can't remember your passcode to unlock your phone see below.

go to iCloud.com and sign in with the username and password used to activate the iPhone. Select Find iPhone. Select All Devices, then select the iPhonethat needs to be unlocked. Select Erase and then follow any other on-screen prompts.
