How do I use WiFi calling on my iPhone? Suppose my phone network is low, how i can use wifi network as cellular network?

WiFi calling on my iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4.4 I have WiFi calling enabled. At home I get vary little cellular coverage yet when I try to make a call, the phone tries to use the cellular instead of my wifi which fails due to the connectivity. I have to turn the cellular option off to make a wifi call.

WiFi calling is carrier specific feature. Contact your Carrier if they have this enabled for your with your plan. --> Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support
