I am trying to update my mac macOS Mojave 10.15.5 update, its 8.23Gb but when it downloads to 335.6MB it stops and says an error occurred while installing the selected update.. I want your help to finish with this update

Go to your Applications folder and look for Install macOS Catalina.app, if you find it put it in your
Trash, empty the Trash.
Connect your mac to your outer via cable, restart your mac and try the download again.

Maybe this will help: remove all browser cookies, close your browser, remove the temporary file in Downloads, and (maybe) do a reboot. Good luck! ;-)
