How to update Apps if I don't have the Update All option on my IPHONE
I'm following the instructions here regarding updating my Apps, however I do not have an Available Updates or Update All option showing up. Help?

have you got the newest available version of IOS on your iPhone?
Maybe the update for the apps are not anymore supported by IOS 12.
You can see the app-requirements in the description of the app in the App Store.
