Hi, if I get the cellular version do I need a separate contract or can I use my existing phone contract.

The GPS+Cellular Apple watch will use the same contract your iPhone is on, usually with an additional charge on it for the watch.

The GPS-only watch ill not use your cellular service at all.

Contact your cellular service provider for specifics on the Watch service pricing, and activation.
