my phone is not charging properly it stops on 80%.. after two hours when i checked it remain 80.. please give me some solution.

Turn off Optimize Charging. It keeps the charge to 80% max.
its already off. sometimes it stops on 85%.. this happen till now 2 times.. one today and another 2-3 days back
I had the same issue my iPad was charging only when it was dead and stoped at 1%. I fixed it by replaceing the power brick and the charger and that worked. hope you find this helpful.
