I forgot my passcode
I need help to factory reset my ipad but I don´t have a computer to reset it and I cant go to settings because it is disabled please help me.

If you have forgotten your iPad passcode, or if the iPad is disabled because you have repeatedly entered the incorrect passcode - then you have no alternative other than to connect your iPad to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder) so as to recover access.
If you don’t own a PC or Mac, securing the help of a helpful friend or neighbour will suffice.
