The + Button is missing
Hi all,
I am trying to submit my podcast.
When I log on the to podcast connect.The "+" is not there as an option to even submit my podcast's RSS Feed.
What could be the issue?

Make sure you are signed in in the iTunes Store, and that you have a payment method registered there (though podcasting is free), and that your computer is authorised for iTunes. Then sign out and clear your browser's cache. Then sign in again. If it still doesn't appear, report it to Podcasts Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
