How can I reset my password instead of waiting for 3 days recovery

If Apple has told you that the reset will take three days, then you will have to wait it out. But, you could:

Create a new Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204316. See the data implications below.

 Keep in mind that some things available under a first Apple ID will not be available under a new Apple ID. For example, you won’t be able to transfer anything purchased from the App and iTunes Stores to the new ID. And, there are other issues to be addressed.

You have to remember the password and successfully sign in to cancel the recovery.

While you could create a new ID, I suggest you wait for 3 days. That way you will retain access to all your data and purchases.
