Uninstall iOS update

My iPhone 5s ran great until this most recent update. Now it’s crawling like a cheap android. How can I uninstall the update or start back at iOS 9?

Apple does not support downgrading.

Perhaps something went wrong during the last update.

Create a full backup of your iPhone, then restore it to factory settings and, in the end set it up as new, following these instructions:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

The above procedure, reinstall a fresh copy of the latest iOS version on your iPhone.

When done, restore data form your previously created backup.
