Deleting an app
I touch and hold the app I want to delete. It wiggles but that's it. No option for me to delete it. How do I delete an app on my ipad?

What App are you trying to delete exactly? Is it an Apple App or a 3rd party app?
If its an Apple App, is it one that can be deleted? Not all built in Apple apps can be deleted.
If its a 3rd party app, or an Apple App that can be deleted, have you checked if you have Restrictions enabled to prevent app deletion?
Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->iTunes & App Store Purchases->Deleting Apps, make sure its set to Allow.
