Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.
sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.
sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
Make sure before you upgrade, you are backed up and compatible.
64 bit applications are needed for Catalina.
