Get your iPhone from Apple:

Important - It is being reported on here quite a bit at the moment: People making purchases of an iPhone that happens to have been locked. Without the original purchaser's access to the original packaging, then the device cannot be uslocked and is due to never being used again. So, getting it from Apple would be the wisest bet.
