Deleting mass photos

I have around 7000 pictures in “recently deleted” album. But when I delete all of them, pics are still there. How can I remove all of them ?

I cannot even delete 45 recently deleted photos. It is notorious. I believe recently deleted bursts mess it up.

If the space is important consider backup, complete phone restore to factory followed by restore from backup
