Unable to browse websites

I am using iPad mini 2 and connected to mobile hotspot. IPad is connected to hotspot but unable to browse any website. I have reset network setting and WiFi setting. No use. Please suggest

The next logical step is to investigate the possibility of having a problem with the hotspot itself - or, perhaps, the associated Cellular data plan preventing access.


In addition to checking the hotspot device for issues, you might check the DHCP assigned IP and Gateway (Router) addresses that are assigned to your iPad by the hotspot.

Your mobile being able to access the internet is no guarantee that it is correctly routing internet traffic via the hotspot interface. You need to verify that you have a suitable IP and Gateway (Router) Address - and subnet mask - supplied by your mobile via DHCP, to your iPad.
