reset iphone forgot passcode

Erase your iPhone using your home computer with ITunes. Follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

If you have been backing up your iPhone, you can restore from a backup after you get back in your phone. If you haven't backed up your phone, your data is gone.

My sister passed away and i do not know the passcode of her iphone and i think she did not backed up ... but i want her photos so badly please help me out

Sorry about the loss of your sister. I'd recommend you reach out to Apple directly. I have read where in some situations, Apple "MAY" be willing to help with photos off a phone from a deceased family member. Only Apple can help you with that. There is nothing anyone here on this forum can help you do.
