Microphone on apps not Picking up sound

I’ve recently had the back of my iPhone XR replaced due to damage and since this Apps like Snapchat, instagram, TikTok and even voice memos don’t pick up sound.

The normal iPhone video camera still picks up sound So I don’t understand.

I have done all the things it says to do on the internet such as checking access to microphone, deleting apps and reinstalling, resetting phone and anything else I can think of but still no luck.

I just don’t get why the standard video will pick up sound but all other apps won’t?

Anyone has same issue or similar and know what I can do?
