Cant download the additional components needed to install Mac OS X
Hi,
It's a network related issue. Not sure you are trying to install macOS version, though if you have another Mac, download macOS from Mac App Store, then create bootable USB installer stick with DiskMaker which is available at Mac App Store for free or following tip document to install with it.
