Iphone stuck in black and white mode, and Color Filter is OFF. How to fix it?

After trying many of the posted solutions (that did not help) including turning off the "Color Filter" in Accessability, I was able to restore color through zoom settings.

If you have Zoom enabled, it too has a grey scale option.

Go To Settings --> Zoom --> Zoom Filter --> Choose "NONE"

That should solve your problem.

Triple Click the side button. If the accessibility shortcut menu pops out, see what has a check mark next to it you can turn off.
