Access denied

I’m being denied access to a website I’ve used for years for no reason that’s apparent to me. I urgently want to Regain access But don’t know where to begin.

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
