iCloud drive and 4 "users". iCloud Drive as a Storage open for all four.

We have two Macbook air, app. 2-3 years old and two newer Ipads. Our hobby is making music. I bought iCloud drive and 2TB Storage and put all our music on there. We want most of the catalogue/files to be open for all four units, but can not find out of it. Additional, my wife now get the message that she does not have enough space on her iCloud drive - which is most unlikely. This started when she registrer as Family.

  1. Is it bossibel to make all the catalogues/files I have put on iCloud drive open for all four units?
  2. Why do my wife Get the message that her iCloud drive is full?

Hope for Help!
