iOS update 13

now is the ios 12.4.6

but my Apple Watch not conect want to tha update iOS 13

but my iPhone not come iOS 13 version

so any solution

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

An iphone 6 plus will not update to ios13,the highest it can go is ios12,to get ios13 you need an iphone 6s or higher.
