hi i was wondering how do i check if my gift card has been used, because i tried using it and it said that the card has already been redeemed but i dont remmeber using it

If the masking over the PIN code was intact, you didn't redeem it. If it was already scratched off, then who knows. Anyway, follow the steps in here:
